Altrafibre is a powdered soluble dietary fibre. Simply mix into water to increase your daily fibre intake.
How to use Altrafibre
Mix 2 scoops in to 250ml water.
Stir well until fully dissolved.
Best consumed immediately.
2 scoop = 1 serving (4.5g).
Recommended Dosage Adults and children over 12 years:
Take 2 x scoops in the morning and 2 x scoops in the evening. Children aged 6 to 12 years: Take 1 x scoop in the morning and 1 x scoop in the evening. Children under 6 years: Not recommended for children under 6 years of age unless advised by a healthcare professional. Important Notice Suitable from 6 years. Only to be used in children under 6 years under medical supervision.

ALTRAFIBRE is contraindicated in patients who have difficulty in swallowing or any throat problems. Patients with a sudden change in bowel habit that has persisted more than two weeks should consult their healthcare professional.
Ingredients: Psyllium Husk Fibre, Flavouring, Citric Acid, Natural Colour (Beta Carotene), Aspartame and Sucralose. Contains sweeteners. Contains a course of phenylalanine.
